Casey Gerry's Asbestos Team
Frederick Schenk, Casey Gerry's lead asbestos and mesothelioma attorney, has practiced law for over 28 years, and he has worked in asbestos and mesothelioma litigation since 1983. In 1996, he obtained the largest verdict ever against an asbestos manufacturer in the County of San Diego, and San Diego Magazine named him the best asbestos attorney in San Diego. The San Diego Daily Transcript ranked him as one of the Top 10 lawyers in San Diego in 2005. Schenk is listed in Woodward and White's Best Lawyers in America. He is a past recipient of the Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award presented by the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, for having achieved the largest ever asbestos personal injury verdict in San Diego County, and he is a past president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
As a seasoned asbestos and mesothelioma attorney, Frederick Schenk understands how devastating a diagnosis of mesothelioma can be for the victim and his family. His goal is to enable the victim and family to focus on his medical care and well-being, while he pursues the case to assure their welfare. He approaches each mesothelioma case with three critical goals:
- To move the case aggressively and proactively toward resolution
- To achieve the best possible result for the client and his family
- To assist the client and his family in pursuing the best available medical care
With nearly 25 years of experience in asbestos mesothelioma litigation, he can identify the defendants, and arrange for cases to be filed quickly. When lifespan is a question, or the client is unable to testify in person, video depositions may help to preserve critical testimony,
